Monthly Rates Only:

• Rent: $1,300 per month for 1-2 people (It is OK to book only part of the month if you can’t stay 30 days)

Fees:

• Overnight guests of residents: $30 per night per person, maximum of 2 guests at a time

Reservations

• Contact the owners for availability and information for booking your reservation
• To confirm your reservation:
  • A Rental Agreement will need to be signed
  • The first and last months’ rent will need to be paid in advance
